When booking a greens fee with us,
you agree that you are holding the reservation and that there will be a charge made to your card
for the # of players in your reservation
whether you show up or not.

You have up to 3 hours prior to your tee time to make tee time/player changes online.

All over the phone player updates/cancellations
must be made 24 hours out.

 It is your responsibility to make sure you booked
the correct date, time, and player count.
Any user errors may result in No Show fees.
Please double check your reservation.

Any prepaid tee times are non-refundable.

Please read the below so you know what to expect
when you arrive.

Rate Policies:

  • Our BEST Rates are offered online only. 
    ($8 booking fees will apply when
    booking over the phone/in person).
  • 9 Hole Rates are restricted to certain times of the days. Available 9 hole tee times will be listed online.
    If you pay for 9 holes but want to continue after 9,
    stop in to pay for additional holes.
    Anyone found playing through without paying will have associated charges to card on file.
  • Seniors
    Age 60+: To request access to senior pricing, available non holidays
    Mon-Thurs, please show valid drivers license upon check-in.
  • Junior
    Pricing (age 16 & under) is only valid during certain times, changes
    seasonal. Please email teetimes@foxchasegolf.com
    for questions about our junior rates or call the Pro Shop during
    operational hours.
  • If you
    are a Youth on Course member, you locate when our Youth on Course rates
    are offered at https://youthoncourse.org/course-directory
  • If
    someone will be riding along but not playing, do not include them in your
    reservation. Let us know upon checkin and a $15 spectator fee will be
    applied per person at check-in.
  • Rain
    checks will be offered for 18 hole rounds if it is raining during your
    round.

Golfing/Cart Policies:

  • Alcohol:
    There is no outside alcohol allowed on the property, this includes the
    parking lot. (PA State Liquor Laws). Any outside alcohol found on the
    premises will result in being asked to leave the property, without
    refunds. Food & Beverage is available for purchase at the "Fox
    Den" (located between hole 1,9,10,18).
  • Paired
    Up: If you have less than 4 players in your group, you may be paired up
    with other golfers. Only book for the # of golfers. Groups that have less
    than 4 players may be moved at the most 10 mins down to the next tee time.
    We only allow 4 players per group max. (no more than 4 players per group)
  • Cart
    Fees & Rules: Cart fees are per person. We are 2 people/cart. Must be
    18+ with valid drivers license to operate a golf cart. Golf carts are to
    remain on the cart path at all Tee Boxes & Greens, and all Par 3s.
    Please follow cart signs at all other holes. If you need a Handicap Flag,
    please ask the starter at check-in. Unfortunately we cannot hand out
    Handicap Flags when it is cart path only.
  • Cart
    Damage: Any damage to the golf course or golf cart is liable to the
    driver. Any vandalization will be addressed with the group upon repair and
    you will be responsible for any damage repairs.
  • Errant
    Golf Ball Damage: You are liable for any damage/injury to automobiles and
    other golfers/pedestrians.
  • Golf
    Course Damage: Any customers found being negligent with golf carts or
    damaging the golf course will be asked to leave without refunds. This
    includes driving golf carts across greens, into the ponds, and past
    signage and ground flags. Golfers found making divots on the greens will
    also be asked to leave without refunds.
  • Pace
    of Play: 4 hours & 15 mins. Any groups playing slower than 4:15 will
    be asked to speed up their pace. After the 2nd warning, we will ask you to
    pick your ball up and move to the next hole. Pace of play is monitored by
    GPS on the golf carts. If your are unable to keep pace after the 3rd
    warning, we will provide a refund for the holes you did not finish and you
    will be asked to exit the golf course. This is so the players behind you
    can enjoy their round.
  • Watering
    the Course (During Busy Season): We may need to water the course to keep
    the grass in good condition. If the sprinklers turn on as you're about to
    approach the area, please wait for them to finish before moving forward.
    Sprinkler heads last about 3-5 mins.
  • Staff
    On the Course: In the event that a staff member is doing work on your
    current hole, please wait for them to drive away before hitting forward
    and/or be flagged through.
  • Frost
    (During Shoulder Months): We may experience frost which can result in
    delays. On busy off season days, we run a double tee start (hole 1 &
    hole 10) to adjust for a later start due to the risk of frost. During
    double tee starts, players playing faster than 1 hour & 40 mins at the
    turn may have to wait until we finish sending off groups. Frost delays may
    still delay your start time depending on the severity of the frost. Please
    plan accordingly.

FAQ's:

  • Are you open to the public? All year? Yes, all of our facilities are open to the Public! We are open year round. Our course does drain well and we are typically able to stay open when other courses may not. Pro Shop hours vary with the season. Call ahead for Pro Shop hours.
  • What are your rates? Our rates are based on demand (similar to airlines, hotels, etc). Prime time slots will be more expensive than slower times. Our prices are based upon demand, which is usually reflected by weather. Lower rates are typically found when booking before the tee sheet fills in.
  • Can I bring a non golfing participant with? Yes, please let us know when you check-in. A cart fee may apply. Please only book for the number of golfing participants.
  • Will I be paired up with another group? Yes, most likely. We are too busy to allow singles, twosomes, etc to have the entire tee time. You can always call the golf course the day you'd like to play to see when a better time would be for you to not get paired up.
  • Can I pay for my tee time online? We simply collect the credit card information at the time of reservation. If you would like to pre-pay you can do so in the link in your email confirmation. You'll still need to check-in upon arrival even if you have pre-paid.
  • What if I "No Show" for players/tee time? Book only for the number of players who will be playing. You have 24 hours before your tee time to update or cancel your player count before getting charged. If you cancel or update your player count online, you will have up until 3 hours prior to to make changes and avoid no show charges.
  • What if I want to book an outing? We consider outings to be for groups that want to rent the entire course, who typically have 80 or more players, therefore it would be a shotgun start. Click here for more details on group bookings.
  • What if I want to book a tee time outside the 2 week window? At this time, we only allow bookings outside the 2 week window for groups of 13 or more players. Reservations must be pre-paid. Click here for more details.
  • Can I book a tee time over the phone? Yes, however we will still collect credit card info to reserve the tee time. You can save $4 when booking online.
  • Do you have Senior Rates? Yes, we offer senior rates Monday-Thursday.(No holidays. Call if you are unsure of our holidays.) You can still book online or $4 cheaper as a Senior, in the Senior Portal. You must request access to the senior portal in person. If you do not have access yet, book under the public portal for now and we can honor the online senior rate at check-in.
  • Do you have rental clubs? Yes, please call the Pro Shop the day before you need them to confirm we will have what your need available. Rental club fees are $50. Golfers are responsible for any damaged or missing clubs.
  • Do you have any Junior Discounts? Yes, Juniors discounts are Mon-Thurs after 3pm & Sat, Sun, & Holidays after 5:30p when accompanied by an adult. We also offer "Youth on Course" discounts to those that are Youth on Course members. Click here to see when we offer Youth on Course discounts. These are walking rates only.
